Who we are

Nilwala Business Group ("we", "us") operates Nilwala Catering Service, Nilwala Renters, Nilwala Rent a Car, Nilwala Resort and Nilwala Event Planners, based in Akuressa, Sri Lanka.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry, quotation request or booking request, we collect the details you enter, such as your name, phone number, email address, event or stay dates, location, guest numbers and your message.

We also keep basic technical records needed to run and protect the website (for example, rate-limiting records based on a one-way hash of your IP address).

How we use it

• To respond to your enquiry and prepare quotations.
• To check availability, confirm or decline booking requests, and contact you about them.
• To send emails about your request, if you provided an email address.
• To protect the website from spam and abuse.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.

Who can see it

Your information is available to authorised staff of the relevant Nilwala business. Our service providers (website hosting, database hosting, image storage and email delivery) process data on our behalf to run the website.

How long we keep it

We keep request records for as long as needed to handle your request and for our business records, then remove or anonymise personal details. You can ask us to delete your information sooner where we are not required to keep it.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by contacting us using the details on our Contact page.

Cookies

The public website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. The staff admin area uses essential cookies to keep staff signed in.
